Ingredients of Rosti:

  • 750 g red or russet washed potatoes
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 200-400 ml sour cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 packet Chives (koo)
  • Others: Olive oil, butter, salt and pepper

Method for "Rosti":

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes
  2. Add salt and pepper with the gratings,leave for at least 5 min
  3. Then drain the liquid that settles after. Add plain flour, a 1 tablespoon (agak2) and mix.
  4. Shape into a patty and fry in a pan on medium-low heat and olive oil with some butter for about 5-7 min or until golden brown on the underside. Then flip with the help of a plate and brown the other side. Continue stood 5 and 6 while cooking.
  5. Chop the chives as pictures below.
  6. Mix the cream,chives, 1/2 squeesed lemon juice with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
