Ingredients of Baked Pork Belly With Ginger And Plum Sauce:

  • 850 gram pork belly
  • 1 bottle Plum Sauce
  • 4 inches old ginger mashed
  • 500 ml water

Method for "Baked Pork Belly With Ginger And Plum Sauce":

  1. Pound the ginger, put the pork belly and ginger on the baking tray
  2. Mix 3/4 bottle 250 gram of the Plum Sauce with 500ml of water mix well
  3. Bake it with foil cover for 200C for 25 minutes, shaking the pan back and forth few time, then lower temperature to 180 for another 15 minutes
  4. Pour the remaining plum sauce 1/4 bottle on the pork belly and bake for another 15 minutes without the foil, Once Done Remove from the baking tray and and let it rest on on another plate
  5. Slice it up and enjoy with some slice pear
